In this videos, Cathy covers intentional torts, including: assault, battery, false imprisonment, invasion of privacy, and defamation of character. She also discusses unintentional torts, including negligence and malpractice. Cathy then covers restraints and seclusion, include indications for restraints, types of restraints, nursing care related to restraints, order requirements, and documentation requirements related to restraints. Then at the end of the video, Cathy provides a quick quiz to test your understanding of the material.
